YOUR RIGHT TO RETURNWhere our creations are made-to-order and personalised, products such as perfumes or candles are not eligible for returns. The right to return will also not apply to any product that has been opened or shows any signs of use, or sealed goods – due to health protection or hygiene reasons (unless it is non-conformity or the item is defective). You may, however, return your unused and non-personalised product(s) in its original packaging for a refund. If you return Products for reasons other than defects in the Products, or incomplete or incorrect delivery (where returns are permitted), you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the Products to us.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days from the date your order is returned for your refund to be processed. The refund can only be processed to the original payment method.
Online orders cannot be returned in-store or exchanged for an alternative item.
